- 500 g beef mince
- 1 bunch spring onion, sliced
- 2 bunches broccolini (or brocolli)
- 3 zucchini, sliced
- 500 g microwave brown rice (cooked rice)
- 0.5 cup cashew nuts (optional)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 0.25 cup fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt reduced (or tamari for GF option)
