Basil Garlic Stir Fry

- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 250 g chicken thigh fillets, diced
- 1 brown onion, cut into wedges
- .5 cup Thai basil, stalks removed
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 100 g pak choy
- 1 carrot, cut into coins
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 250 g brown rice, cooked
