- 0.5 red capsicum (bell pepper), diced
- 120 g broccoli florets
- 120 g snap peas, trimmed
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp sriracha (or to taste)
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
