Bang Bang Chicken Noodles
Serves 4
- 500 g chicken thigh or breast fillet, cut into bite size pieces
- 600 g frozen stir fry vegetable mix
- 150 g rice noodles (dry)
- 0.333 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp chilli oil
- 2 sesame seeds
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fried shallot (optional)
