- 2 chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 500 g frozen veg stir fry mix
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.25 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 0.5 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 250 g heat and serve rice
