Zesty Chicken, Charred Corn & Roasted Chickpea Salad

200 g corn (fresh or frozen, charred for flavour)
0.5 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
0.5 lemon or lime
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
250 g cooked chicken (roast chicken works great here)
1 avocado, cubed
0.25 cup pickled red onion
1 bunch fresh herbs (coriander, dill or parsley if preferred), finely chopped)
1 cucumber, finely chopped
2 baby co lettuce, chopped
0.25 cup feta cheese, crumbled
0.5 cup crispy roasted chickpeas
