- 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp everything but bagel seasoning
- 0.25 avocado, sliced
- 1 slice wholegrain bread, toasted
