300 g high quality fresh tuna steaks
1 cup frozen edamame beans, shelled and boiled
0.25 red cabbage, shredded
0.333 cup fresh coriander (cilantro) leaves, finely chopped
2 radish, thinly sliced
0.5 avocado, cut into cubes
2 spring onions, finely chopped
0.5 cup seaweed salad
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp neutral oil (e.g., grapeseed or canola)
