2 zucchini, cut in lengthways and thinly sliced

1 tsp dijon mustard
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
100 ml lemon juice
0.333 cup water
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp cracked pepper
0.5 cup dry roasted almonds
1 bunch curly kale, leaves removed and finely chopped
1 bunch parsley, leaves and tender stems finely chopped
1 bunch dill, finely chopped
250 g heat and serve black rice
0.5 cup pickled red onion
425 g tin tuna
