High Protein Kimchi Fried Rice

1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 420g tin corn kernels
1 cup edamame
0.5 cup spring onion, thinly sliced plus more to garnish
150 g kimchi
250 g heat and serve cooked rice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy (kecap manis)
4 eggs
2 tsp chilli oil (optional)
