- 3 cup chicken broth
- 500 g chicken mince
- 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup red onion, diced
- 0.25 cup mint, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive tapenade
- 2 cup baby spinach
- 2 cup frozen peas
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 0.5 cup feta, crumbled
- 100 g tzatziki
- 0.25 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
