Blueberry and Almond Baked Oats
Serves 4
160 g oats (roughly blended- personally prefer this as it gives it a more of a cake like texture)
4 tsp chia seeds
60 g almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
160 g applesauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
4 tbsp almond butter
2 cup vanilla yoghurt (to serve)
4 tsp maple syrup or honey (to serve)
