- 300 g dry pasta
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 0.5 cup green pesto
- 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 200 g semi-dried tomatoes, roughly diced
- 1.5 cup frozen peas, cooked
- 0.5 cup pickled red onion
- 100 g rocket
- 400 g canned chickpeas
- 20 g parmesan, grated
