- 500 g chicken thigh fillets
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 cup Greek yoghurt
- 2 lemon, juiced
- 2 cup raw pearl couscous, cooked
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 250 g tomatoes, diced
- 2 cucumber, diced
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
