- 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 400 g cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 8 cup rocket
- 0.5 cup pickled red onion
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
