4 cup cooked pasta (approx 300g dried pasta)
6 cup curly kale, roughly chopped
0.3 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
2 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp honey
400 g tin cannellini beans, drained, rinsed and patted dry
1 tsp Moroccan seasoning
1 avocado
1 garlic clove
0.25 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
0.25 red onion, thinly sliced
0.25 cup mixed seeds (optional)
