- 1 egg

- 2 chicken thigh fillets
- 0.5 head of iceberg lettuce, roughly chopped
- 0.5 cup frozen peas, heated for 60 sec in a microwave with ½ cup of water, then drained.
- 0.5 avocado, thinly sliced
- 0.25 red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup fried noodles
- 0.25 cup vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp white sugar
