- 0.5 cucumber, finely chopped

- 0.25 red onion, finely chopped
- 0.5 baby cos, finely sliced
- 0.5 cup fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños, optional
- 1 tsp hot sauce, optional
