One Tray Butter Chicken
Serves 4
- 450 g butter chicken simmer sauce (mild)
- 2 tbsp butter chicken paste (mild)
- 2 large carrots, finely chopped
- 0.5 cauliflower, cut into small bite size florets
- 400 g tin diced tomato
- 400 g tin chickpeas, drained
- 500 g chicken thigh fillets (4 fillets)
- 0.25 cup Greek yoghurt, to serve
- 1 Handful of mint leaves to serve
