- 1 small cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp za’atar
- 400 g cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pomegranate, seeds
- 100 g pita crackers
- 200 g tzatziki
