400 g black beans

200 g tin corn kernels
1 tbsp taco seasoning (mexican seasoning)
6 wholegrain tortillas
200 g brown rice and quinoa, heat and serve (cooked) rice
60 g baby spinach
75 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
