- 400 g chicken stir-fry pieces
- 250 g mushrooms (e.g. button, cup, brown), sliced
- 250 g snow peas, ends trimmed
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 0.33 cup cashew nuts, raw and unsalted
- 0.33 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 0.33 cup oyster sauce
- 1 lime, juiced (or ½ lemon)
- 450 g brown rice, cooked (microwave)
