- 2 tsp basil pesto
- 2 tbsp semi dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 2 slices vintage cheddar cheese
- .25 capsicum (pepper), thinly sliced
- .5 cup spinach
- 2 marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- .25 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
