.3 cup maple syrup
.5 cup milk
2 cup self-raising wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup walnuts
2 cup carrots, grated
1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 1-4hrs.
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup
