Veal Schnitzel with Tahini Cos Salad

- 300 g veal sizzle steaks
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
- 1 cup wholegrain crumbs
- 2 tbsp rice bran oil
- 2 baby cos lettuce, quartered
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- .5 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp tahini
