- 1 cup green peas, frozen
- 75 g asparagus, finely chopped
- 1.5 cup self raising flour
- 2 free range eggs
- 1 cup milk
- .25 cup tomato chutney
- 60 g rocket (arugula)
- 100 g sugar snap peas, halved
- 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- .25 red onion, thinly sliced
