- 4 bunches of asparagus
- 2 avocado, cubed
- 1 cup almonds, roughly chopped and toasted
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 cup continental parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- .25 cup sweet chilli sauce
- .5 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp honey
