- 400 g tin black beans (drained)
- 400 g tin lentils (drained)
- 400 g tin corn kernels (drained)
- 400 g tin diced tomato
- 400 g water
- 20 g Mexican spice or taco spice
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped (to serve)
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 1 lime, cut into wedges (to serve)
