- 400 g beef strips
- 400 g tin, black beans
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 150 g green beans, halved
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 red capsicum (pepper), thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp black bean sauce
- 75 g bamboo shoots
- 450 g brown rice, cooked
