Quick Greek Lamb Wraps
Serves 4
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 400 g lamb fillet, thinly sliced
- 200 g mixed leaves
- 2 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into long thin sticks
- 500 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
- 150 g feta
- 1 cup tzatziki
- 4 Lebanese bread wholemeal
