Sheet Pan Honey Soy Garlic Chicken

- 800 g chicken stir-fry strips, cut into small pieces
- 500 g microwave brown rice
- 1 broccoli head, cut into small florets
- 4 carrots, cut into bit sized pieces
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil garlic infused
- 0.25 cup honey
- 0.5 cup salt-reduced soy sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
