Healthy Nachos

- 200 g corn chips
- 1 avocado
- 500 g tomatoes
- 0.5 red onion (or spring onion)
- 50 g feta
- 1 bunch coriander/cilantro
- 1 red chilli, deseeded, chopped
- 50 g pine nuts, toasted (or pumpkin seeds)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce
