Slow Cooker Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff

- 1 kg slow cooked beef chuck steak, diced
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 400 g fresh sliced mushroom cups
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 500 ml real beef stock, salt reduced
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 0.75 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 500 g wholemeal pasta
- 400 g broccoli, cut into florets
- 300 g green beans, ends removed
