- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 g mushroom, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green peas, frozen
- 1 large avocado, peeled and diced
- 2 eggs
- .5 cup milk
- 120 g fettuccine pasta
- .25 cup parmesan shaved
