- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- .5 cup coriander (cilantro)
- .25 cup parsley
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- .6 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- .5 lemon, squeezed
