- 1 kg sweet potato, cut into bite size pieces
- 500 g pumpkin, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 spanish onion, cut into quarters
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp roast vegetable sprinkle
- 2 cup pearl (Israeli) couscous
- .25 cup currants
- 180 g halloumi cheese
- 1 lemon
