- .25 cup coriander (cilantro), stems removed
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 medium sweet potato, diced
- 100 g green beans, roughly chopped
- 60 g salad leaf mix
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
- 2 tsp lime juice
